Must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Free gifts (if applicable) must also be returned.

Refunds are issued after your return has been inspected and approved. Refunds may take 7â10 business days. COD (Cash on Delivery) fees and shipping costs are non-refundable. For online payments, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

You can cancel your order during our confirmation call. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled. If payment was made online, refunds will be issued within 7â10 working days after cancellation approval.
